Before you can connect data sources and build dashboards, you need a Qvista account. This page walks you through every step of the registration process — from choosing how to sign up, to logging back in, to resetting your password if you ever need to. Qvista offers a free tier with no credit card required, so you can start exploring the platform immediately.

Open the registration page

Go to qvista.io/register. You’ll see the Create your QVista account form alongside a summary of Qvista’s key features:

Choose your sign-up method

Qvista gives you two ways to create an account:

Email registration

Fill in the form with your name, email, company name, and a password, then click Register

Google sign-up

Click Continue with Google to authenticate instantly with your existing Google account — no password to manage

Fill in your details (email sign-up)

If you’re registering with an email address, complete the following fields:

Click Register to create your account.
By creating an account — whether via email or Google — you agree to Qvista’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Review these documents before completing registration.

Access your dashboard

After successful registration, Qvista takes you directly to your dashboard. Your account is active immediately — there is no email confirmation step required before you can start using the platform.
Your account starts on the Free plan at no cost, giving you access to core features right away. You can upgrade to Business or Enterprise at any time from your account settings. See Qvista Plans and Pricing for a full feature comparison.

Logging in

If you already have a Qvista account, go to qvista.io/get-started to access the login page.

Enter your work email

Type your registered work email address into the Work email field and click Continue.

Enter your password

Type your password and click Continue to access your dashboard.Alternatively, click Continue with Google to sign in using the Google account you registered with.
If you see an “Invalid Password” message, double-check that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the correct email address. If you still cannot log in, use the password reset flow below.

Resetting your password

If you forget your password, Qvista lets you reset it via email in seconds.

Open the forgot password dialog

On the login page at qvista.io/get-started, click Forgot Password? below the password field.

Enter your registered email

Type the email address associated with your Qvista account into the input field and click Submit.

Check your email

Qvista sends a password reset link to your inbox. Open the email and click the link to set a new password.
If the reset email doesn’t appear within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires after a limited time, so use it promptly.
