# Export and Sharing Options for Qvista Reports

> Export Qvista dashboards as PDF, Excel, CSV, or images, schedule automated reports, and share interactive views via links, email, or embedded widgets.

Every Qvista View and dashboard can be exported or shared in multiple formats.

## Export formats

* **PDF** — print-ready reports with your branding.
* **Excel / CSV** — raw data for further analysis.
* **PNG / JPG** — static images for slides or docs.

## Scheduled reports

Set up automated deliveries in **Autoflux**:

1. Create a workflow with a **Schedule** trigger.
2. Add an **Export View** action.
3. Choose recipients (email, Slack, storage).

## Interactive sharing

* Share a live URL that stays in sync with your data.
* Embed a View or dashboard via iframe or JS snippet.
* Restrict access to specific roles or authenticated users.
